Pizza Hut St.andrew's Quay Hull

We arrived on Sunday at 2.40PM with the buffet ending at 3 didnt think we would be offered it but we was, the manager seated us, no issues other than the floors was quite dirty but when kids are in, its kinda expected. When the waitress came she offered the buffet so we decided to have it, no real issues they kept it going til about 3.10pm, some of the thin crusts were quite crispy sue to sitting their under the heat but an ok selection still and we left full so overall very good.At the end the manager took the time to explain the new app that gave you points when you visited so we signed up to that and got our points, staff seemed ok.On entering we was also asked if we had any allergens etc which i thought was great for them to be so aware.

Our last experience in Taunton was not a great one. However, staff here DO know how to look after diners. Nothing to much trouble. Thoroughly helpful with the menu. Could not find anything to fault this and a lovely walk along the Quayside prior to going in for a late lunch. 2 great pizzas with salad and drinks and nothing to complain about, great service, great pizza, great location.

Lots of noisy screaming kids, slow service and pizzas that were just ok. Probably a lot more tolerable if you have kids yourselves but if you’re a couple with no kids I would go elsewhere, it’ll be quieter!

Service could have been better. Need to top up the salad bar a bit more frequent and put a couple more waiters on but meals were lovely.

It wasnt cheap and to be fair the cooked food was nice, the saladbar however was shameful, wilted salad galore kind of let it down, staff i must admit was good a jovial to say the least , ive definetley eaten in far worse place
