Pizza Hut Hull Kingswood

We had a couples night and decided to have pizza. The menu was very good with lots of options in especially enjoyed the pizza. Nice toppings and Base was beautiful

Absolutely outstanding. My wife and I were out for lunch with our little boy. We ordered the buffet menu with the intention of stuffing our faces (which I took full advantage of . Sadly, our boy was being a little fussy as he can be occasionally, and ate very little he was demanding repeated bowls of sweetcorn but not too much else! We were asked how our food was (it was great and I mentioned, just for a giggle as we’re used to it, that he was having an off day and hadn’t eaten much. We were instantly offered a refund. I was mortified, it wasn’t a complaint! But the lady insisted on telling her manager and gave us his money back. Can’t thank you enough and of course we’ll be back soon, thank you

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the delivery driver we called the shop once it had said out food was delivered but it wasn’t here then man had ago at us in the phone and said he tried but no answer but we had no answer After more 20 minutes we had a call from a driver went to the front door we he went in to have ago at us because had had apparently been knocking in the door for half hour which we know is a lie and said he had called us multiple time the food came cold and dry and extremely upset with the way we were treated will not be buying from then again

This restaurant is terrible, the staff are not friendly. We never received the kids' onion rings until we were ready to leave. There was a large hair in my son's lasagne. My macaroni cheese was very cold. I will not be returning in the future, which is a shame because I usually love other Pizza Huts.
