Del Gelato

10 pounds paid for it! missing items, no answer, as telephoned and the "extreme flakes chocolate cake" had never seen a flock before. the cake he himself was smaller than my thumb!

More beautiful and cozy place, but they must work on their customer service. I went with my family there and we received no cordial greeting as server when someone first line what they should do when they pay their attention to them, they feel comfortable and take their accusations. we sat there for 5 minutes and no one came to us to ask if we want to order something, we had to go to the counterstop to order something.

Very disappointing, which is a shame as me and my family love Del Gelato. The table was dirty when we first came in, we got baby waffles and a cookie dough all for £18 which is quite expensive for what we got. We ordered tap water and it came warm, i know it’s free but we sent it back and still got warm water but the waiter was happy to change it and explained they had no ice. we received our waffles and cookie dough in a good time, so we weren’t waiting very long. Though when we cut into the waffles it fell in two, which i think is poor quality for the price, almost like it got stuck to the waffle machine and was placed ontop. Though i have to say, the ice cream never lets us down, it still is amazing! Just a shame how the other bits were so disappointing as it will be quite awhile until we will return. noticed how it’s gone down hill since the pandemic and had been shut, almost gone abit lazy.

Great prizes, great flavors, large portions, relaxing environment if you want to sit in. much better than the other Gelato sites. these might have started the trend in our city, but del gelato has it right! surely it is worth visiting them.

For all they check their ice when it is prepared as just 2 draws put back in cold counters after joining (one had nuts) this was mentioned by another customer, but with very little care about the problem of being only cautious
