I ordered some food for me and my patient. The guy taking my order was very nice, however, they left put my burger and when I got it, it was disgusting. It seemed old and had almost a rotten taste.

By far the worst sonic in middle Tennessee. Service is slow, food was terrible and cold and rude employees. I wouldn't give them credit for one star. I gave them several chances too and every time it is a horrible experience. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!
I literally never write reviews, but I was baffled by the service I received today. I tried talking myself out of going to begin with because my orders are never correct anytime I go to this location, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt decided I’d take another shot at them.For one I ordered cheese tots they came out with chili on them. The carhop did go fix that for me, but in the meantime I checked my sandwich that was supposed to be no mayo it had mayonnaise on it so I clicked the button told her she said their ticket didn’t say that. I pulled up my receipt that in fact did show I clicked no mayo. Instead of giving me what I paid for ordered she told me she was going to have to charge me. Like it was my fault there was an issue with their system? Her name was Johanna I believe. I tried giving her the sandwich back she told me she couldn’t take my food back. Well first off, it’s not my food because it’s not what I ordered on my end I have proof that it’s not. I sat on this just about all day realized how poorly the customer service was.On top of it all I worked at sonic for YEARS never treated my customers that way. You don’t charge someone for something again because your system didn’t show what was ordered correctly.Attaching proof. If I could give negative stars I would! I work in the service industry still til this day you just don’t treat customers that way especially when they have proof of what they ordered.
