Sonic Drive-in - Kingston

The food was quite good, but they messed up my milkshake order—giving us two of the same kind instead of the two different ones we requested. I might have given them 5 stars otherwise, but a staff member also cut my ranch after I tipped her well, which was disappointing.

Why can't this team get it right? I order the same milkshake every day, and wow, this chocolate shake is incredibly rich with chocolate! The staff moves so quickly that it's hard to keep up with them. Forget the red button; I think it's time to stop ordering from here and just make it at home to save some money. I wish I could share a picture—this milkshake is so dark!

Stop on this tone 8/25/2022 to get some cheese pens and honey bbq popcorn chicken. The whole meal wasn't good at all. Especially the chicken. It was all bread without meat. It tasted like the chicken was sitting under a heater all day. I couldn't stop the chicken because it was so bad. The sauce also tasted old. I don't often go to sound because of such problems.

I visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the burgers and fries were not only served promptly but also delicious. I believe this is one of the better Sonic locations I've been to.

Wednesday 6/22/22 at 8:25 I placed my order at Sonic in Kingston, TN. Simple, number 1 with diet coke. 30 minutes past after I watched other cars get their meals (some from ordering on the app and some placing it there). I couldn't get anyone to answer my button so I walked to the door to inquire. The girl didn't have my order in the system at all. She asked what I wanted and I replied nothing right now. 40 minutes had past.
