Our hostess Sarah was very pleasant and our waiter George was very good at making sure we were happy. The star of the evening was the BBQ. Our meal came out in less than 10 minutes. It was moist, full of flavor freaking delicious! We had brisket, pulled pork, ribs, cole slaw, mashed potatoes, corn bread and baked beans. So good! In addition, astetically it was a very cool place with outside seating as well. Since it was evening, we decided to eat inside, which we enjoyed. I plan on going back the next time I'm back in this neighborhood! Really well done!
Came here while visiting Kingston- super cute place, very nice sitting along the water. We had the fried green tomatoes, sliders and meatloaf and some drinks. The service and cadence of the food was good. The food was okay- good-ish, not great. Just overall needed more flavor. The meatloaf was the best. The Mac and cheese and fried green tomatoes were a bit bland, the sliders were plain old sliders. Overall it was a nice experience, just expensive for the quality of food. It was $97 for 1 entree, 2 apps, 2 beers and one margarita. I assume the prices are like this because of the location and I’m guessing they cater to NYC crowds. It wasn’t overly expensive but was for the area and for what we got. Felt like we overpaid about $15, not a big deal. Would definitely recommend this place for the overall ambience and drinks and light fare on the waterfront. Definitely a solid 4-ish stars though, they just need to up the food a bit.
The industrial space without any sound deadening made for a super loud meal, but a nice atmosphere overall... Get the waffle sandwich dessert, you won't regret it...
This is one cool place to eat. It’s different and it’s awesome. Went there with a bunch of friends and enjoyed a terrific brunch. The food is fresh and well prepared and the place is hospitable it’s a great place to go with your friends and family and it’s also a lot of fun to walk around the area. It was a clean place went with a party of 4. I don't know if the waiter was new, because seem as if he wasn't sure about anything. It took an hour just to order dinner the pretzel was the best thing. Know one at my table enjoyed their food. If you want a strong drink good place. Food was not great. Service was not good. Not bad people but long wait. We waited a while for the food for it not to come out all together and not be right. We all had to go have dinner somewhere else.
