Grotto Pizza - Kingston

The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The pizza had a unique flavor with quite a bit of acidic sauce; it wasn't bad, just not to my taste. The tea was enjoyable. The restaurant has a bit of a 1990s Applebee's feel to it; it's not a terrible place, just slightly dated. Overall, it's worth a visit.

When I called to get a refund, the manager explained that they don't deliver there because it takes too long for drivers to find the apartments. Now we're stuck waiting several business days for our refund! I'm visiting from Houston and have lived in this area before, but I will never support this place again due to this major inconvenience. I can't believe their lack of consideration.

The pizza was excellent, and the service was decent—an improvement compared to my last visit. I also tried the Caesar salad, which was very good.

We just ordered a large pie with bacon and there was something really gross on it. Couldn?t tell you what it was but I would bet money on it that whatever it is it wasn?t supposed to be there. I ate there several times and NEVER had this happen. I will NEVER eat there again. ?

Was there tonight with family and had a great experience! The food was hot and delicious, I had chicken parm, and the drinks were great! Our bartender, Jess, was very professional and super nice! They had live music, also great! Definitely recommend the Grotto in Edwardsville and will be back!! All the staff in the bar area were great tonight!!!
