Caramella's Bistro - Kingston

Phenomena. We were several times and last night was just fantastic (as always). We started with appetizers of fresh fruit, pomegranates, perfectly sweet grapes and melon. Chef Andra's fruit is always so fresh. Also a nice selection of fresh bread, cheese, salami and butter. Next was a pomegranate green salad that was beautiful, light and tasty. Then King Crab... I ate this slowly and savored the taste. Also Scallops and Mahi Mahi. Excellent. Next, the main course. Beef talloin that really melts in your mouth, fresh green beans and delicious European potatoes. Somehow when the cheesecake was delivered, I can eat every bite. One of the best cheesecake I've ever had! To complete everything, we had a great service and Chef Andra comes to the table and made our dinner party feel like we were dignitaries. We're going back, because this is the whole package. Great food, excellent service and a boss who is outstanding in his area.
