Buffalo Wild Wings - Kingston

New York New York!!! For the 5th consecutive time I've been completely disappointed by going to any of your restaurants except for pizza hut in Montgomery on Neelytown rd this time I stopped to get wingsNow how could they mess this up???They were over cooked sauced down like crazy I guess to soften them up which didn't work I could hardly break into the surface of the chicken the flavors I got were ok and the drinks I got were ok but now I know to (bmof&d) bring my own food and drinks next time I'm in the state of NY.

We waited over 45 minutes for 2 salads and a kids chicken tenders. First we found an ant in the strawberrie lemonade!!! This was after waiting 10 minutes for this drink that was for a kid. Our server comers out with 1 salad and the chicken tenders, and told us the other salad was next. We waited another 10 mins and still didn’t get our salad.. The service and all of it was absolutely horrible. The manager came over and knew there was no excuse for this… Go else where .

We stopped in this Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch on a weekday in July 2023. We waited at the front desk for quite a while.Finally the bar tender came over and sat us. A little bit later we met our server at our table. At first everyone seemed kind of cold and unfriendly. But as time went on, our server warmed up and was much friendlier.We had lunch specials which were pretty good and reasonably priced in todays market. As I said, the food was pretty good. Our server got better and better as we were there. So it's safe to say that she was quite attentive. We didn't have dessert since we were full.This BWW seemed smaller than most we have been in. Although it may just seem that way. The building seemed clean, although I didn't look all that close. So all in all, it was a decent lunch and a decent price. I didn't expect it when we stood in the entrance waiting for someone to come out. But things did work out.

Party of 6, we stood at the door for 20 min before anyone even acknowledged we were even there to be seated. Then waited another 10 min for someone to take our drink order. 15 min after that the staff came back to take our food order. And then we sat and waited for over an HOUR to get our food!! Burgers, wings, and fries! When I asked the waitress how much longer it was going to be, I got a snotty reply about how they were really busy (the place wasn 't even half full). Then to top off the night, I get my tab and told that they automatically add a 30% tip!! Never again!! A tip is meant to provide the staff with something extra for their amazing service, not an automatic addition to their pay!! This place is trash! I would never have given that much of a tip for horrible service and a waitress with an attitude problem. Won 't be going back!
