Ta Ke Sushi - Kingston

A delicious alternative to fast-food while staying in Kingston. On-line menu was well laid out. We called from the Wofe Island ferry and it was ready for pick up when we arrived 20 minutes later. Very good rolls!

Fresh and tasty Asian food. Good and smiling service. one of the few restaurant staying open a little later early in the week, which turned out handy for us.

Love, love, love! I will fight through traffic to make the drive downtown just for this sushi! Terrific staff, excellent food, and great location!

I have had the sushi and it was good...very fresh ingredients. I had the Tempura which was light and crispy. But I always seem to enjoy their Bulgogi the best. The dish is basically meat and vegetables on a hot iron plate, served with sides of salad, glass noodles, kimchi and potatoes (cold, peeled in a sweet sauce that is yummy). The potatoes are a good contrast especially if you order the Spicy Bulgogi which has just the right amount of heat.The waitress is very nice and she is a sweetheart...I think her Mom owns the restaurant. I have been several times to this restaurant even though I do not live close by I have always enjoyed the food! Good value for the money!

The experience was at best average. It looked like we were disturbing the staff when we got there. I expect my waiter\waitress to have some form of people skills. I did not see that there. The seating in part of the restaurant is very uncomfortable is you sit on the benches. The food is ok for sushi but I have had a lot better in other locations in Kingston.
