The server did offer me a complimentary dessert as compensation, but I was not given an alternative meal option, so I refused to pay for the dish. Mike, the shift manager, came to apologize and reiterated the dessert offer, but I remained unsatisfied. I explained that I didn't want to pay for what I considered to be substandard food, even though I had tried to eat some parts of it. After expressing my disappointment and how long I've been a loyal customer, he agreed to give me a 60% discount. Given the apparent disinterest in providing quality food and the lack of concern for my dissatisfaction, I have decided to end my long-standing relationship with what has otherwise been a fine establishment.

Thomas was our server, and he did an outstanding job. I'm writing this review in hopes that he receives some recognition for his excellent service. Thank you, Thomas! The kitchen staff also deserves praise—the food was fantastic!

It's a Swiss Chalet, and while I'm not particularly fond of the chain, its convenient location prompted me to dine there. The food was standard for the brand, but the service was quite slow; we had to request our drinks twice. Additionally, the baked potato that my wife paid extra for was not properly cooked.

We stopped here as we needed to eat before going to Fort Henry. What a lovely place. Staff were very nice. As always food was good. For the first time, i ordered a hot chicken sandwich, nice!
