Starbucks - Kingston

3rd time in a row its taken longer than 30 minutes to get two drinks when there were less than 3 people ahead. Absolutely brutal.

It was good. I tried their pumpkin spice latte. It waa good.

This particular location is special. How special? My wife and I live beside a Starbucks. We drive AWAY from that one, PAST another one to go to our favourite, this one. Why? They are quicker, more accurate, and they (until today) hold your mobile order until it’s complete then call you to grab the whole thing. The right way. Apparently the have been instructed to change this. Shame on you head office, bringing your best team down to be level with the rest. This is the flagship in Kingston, learn from them.

I had a very bad experience today. One of the Latte’s wasn’t closed properly and it spilled all over the car and my wife’s pants.They should give a warning if they don’t have a lid that could close properly or replace it.

I asked for simply to have a coffee that doesn't taste burnt. Apparently only 1 staff member who I spoke too the one time knows how to make a coffee not taste burnt. This product needs to be reassessed for its overall value. The tipping culture is really getting annoying here too.
