Mcdonald's - Kingston

I ordered a Filet-O-Fish for the first time in a while, and I was disappointed. It was half the size it used to be, and the bun was so stale that I couldn’t even take a bite. Definitely not worth the money.

I ordered my food through the app, and I was charged more than expected. To make matters worse, they charged me twice. Not only that, but they also messed up my order. When I called to address the issue with the manager, he promised to send me gift certificates for the incorrect order. However, I only discovered the double charge when I checked my bank statement a month later, and I never received the gift certificates.

Drive- they: 13 min wait for big Mac meal. Fries and Mac arrived finally, barely luke

This is a good McDonald's in this location the staff is very courteous, they all seem to be working pretty hard. Every once in a while I crave a quarter pounder with cheese and I'll grab one here. I'm not a Big Mac guy although I used to like them as a kid but they've changed the Big Mac over the years and it doesn't taste anything like it used to. The quarter pounder with cheese is the only burger left that tastes similar to what it used to which is why I still like it.

Typical McDonald’s, but omg this must be one of the slowest locations I have ever stopped at.I was in the drive through for over 30 minutes.I preordered my food on the app so needless to say it tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for the entire 30 minutes I was in the drive through.They have no idea how to work the two drive through speakers, zero order to there madness.It wouldn't have been that bad but after waiting in line for that long I was then sent to the waiting spots only to find out they gave my food to the wrong car.Zero compensation for having to deal with it all.No clue what is going on here.
