Mamma Mia Pizzeria - Kingston

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child. Their pizzas are the best I have ever had, and I have even spent time in Italy. They are generous with their cheese and toppings, not skimping at all.

I visited the restaurant today to purchase pizza, snacks, and drinks for my entire construction crew. I was dressed in my construction gear and had my wallet in hand. I requested a menu and inquired about a restroom, as there were no portapotties on our work site and I had been holding it for hours. I informed the girl behind the counter that I would also be placing an order. Her response, in a rude tone, was that I could use the restroom after making a purchase. My boss contacted the owner to inform them of the staff's behavior, which resulted in us walking out without making a purchase. The owner showed no concern for losing our business. I recommend choosing one of the many other pizza places in town that value their customers and show respect.
