East Side Mario's - Kingston

This restaurant is terrible! They only serve one type of cheese and nothing else! It seems like they are cutting corners. The owner's wife is also very unpleasant. She was extremely rude and even made my son cry. It's no surprise that they are going out of business. They have completely failed as a restaurant. I will never eat at East Sides again. They ruined my child's experience. This used to be his favorite place to go, as well as mine. Our server, Justin, was clueless and too familiar with the other staff.

Tried to contact the restaurant from 7pm and nobody answered and although the closing time was 8pm m, I had to drive there and found out it’s closed already.Please do not play with customers and deceive them when you are already closing. I also called their customer service and they couldn’t also reach out to them at 7:15.

We went for an early dinner at 4:10pm and our food was served promptly by 4:20. We were able to eat, pay, and leave within thirty minutes, which was great since we had a three-hour drive home. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious as usual.

Great service and food even received a small treat for the little delay in the meals. All in all great meal and service

Worst location ever. I have been to quite a few East Sides over the years, but this is, by far, the worst one ever. Not only were the portions extremely small, when we got our appetizers, they were hardly warm let alone hot. When we got out sliders, which should have come before the main course and didn't, they were cold, the main course was cold. We saw our waitress all of one time. We weren't offered more drinks, more soup, salad or bread, weren't asked how our meal was, etc. When we asked another waitress if we could have our bill and told her why, almost 15 minutes later our original waitress came over and tossed 2 takeout containers on the table, slammed the debit machine down and walked away. We paid our bill, needless to say we didn't too, got up and left the restaurant. Definitely disappointed and won't return to that location again.
