Barburrito - Kingston

I've experienced both great and awful service here, including an encounter with one of the managers. Based on the reviews I've read, this seems to be a common issue. However, the food is decent.

The burrito I ordered was delicious and made exactly to my specifications. It was really tasty!

I experienced terrible stomach cramps after eating the mild chicken at this location. The chicken was presented in a large clump, about half the size of my fist, rather than in small chunks, which raises concerns about their cooking practices. The portion sizes here are disappointing as well. BarBurrito in Belleville is far superior. I wouldn't recommend this establishment; you can sense a lack of care as soon as you step inside—maybe it's just something about Kingston.

4 stars because its my go to place and always receive great service, two weeks ago I got hair in my burrito but I don?t like to complain it happens but today I got a small plastic piece in my burrito and want to report so it doesn?t happen again, someonecould consume it and get hurt.

So, we needed to grab a quick lunch. My wife was looking at Popeye's, but then we spotted this place. The young man who served us was pleasant, knew his job and was good at it. The food was quite good for takeaway mexican. I don't normally tip at fastfood places but did this time.
