Wendy's - Kingsport

I would give them less if I could. That's the third time I tried to get here. this time, like 5pm. when eating fresh and not driping wet, and that was the most common smell tasting I've seen for a long time. in the müll. they didn't eat the fries at all. I want my money back, but honestly I don't even feel like it's about it, and it's weird because the hired people are polite. what kind of trick is that? Don't come with food. you will regret it. every time, I do.

Went there around 8:50 pm wanting some chilie, did not have any, same with the Stone Dr location. Both were out. Get real people you all don't close till late. Will never visit either location again.

I woke up late this morning and didn’t have time to pack my lunch for work, so on my break I stopped by this Wendy’s and got a $5 Biggie Bag with a double stack cheeseburger. I’ve been very disappointed in the food and service anytime I’ve gone to any of the other locations in this area recently so I was pleasantly surprised to find a fresh, hot cheeseburger with melted cheese, fresh piping hot crispy fries and nuggets. I really enjoyed it. They nailed it, at least on this day!

It's a sub-par Wendy's. Both the Wendy's where I'm from put this place to shame. This is an interesting inverse as other chain restaurants are much better here than back home. Every time I eat her it makes me nostalgic for home but not for the right reasons.

Very fast service even when very busy, they forgot an item but quickly corrected it. Only thing is I wish they would turn their lights on at night. For a while not they have literally no outside lights on at night, almost like they are trying to hide! At the very least I would think this is a lawsuit waiting to happen with them being open for business and forcing people to walk through their unlit parking lot.
