The Fried Alligator - Kingsport

Really good food. I love the battery! The prices are a very high and the selection is small, but the quality was definitely worth it. The alligator was not hard and the shrimps were right. Cosy place, perfect for a date.

Best Cajun food in the Tri-Cities! Always great customer service, always treated like family. Food is from this world. Order the Creole, it's a must try. And don't even think Abt goes away without trying the fried Gator! Great food!

Great atmosphere, especially for a small business. Food was wonderful and our chefs and servers had great personalities. My friend and I started with an appetizer of fried green tomatoes. I had the alligator, black. It had a great kick. Green beans and a loaded potato. My friend had the scallops and rice with roasted Okra and a loaded potato. We finished dressed with a deep fried keksteig in chocolate sauce and powder sugar.

A very cozy place to eat. Great seafood served with a smile. I had fried the alligator and oysters with fries, which was delicious. If you like surfing and lawn, Ribeye Steak is also an option with your choice of seafood. This facility does not take credit cards, only cash. There is a cash machine for your convenience in the restaurant. I recommend this place as I want back!

CASH ONLY!!(but there's an ATM inside) Now that that's out of the way, the food here is great! The gator is great! We also tried the gumbo, and the jambalaya. Both were good enough to order again in the future, not quite great though. This place is a little hole in the wall, but definitely worth the visit.
