Taco Bell - Kingsport

I go to this particular taco bell almost daily. Tonight I was in a hurry to get home with food as my husband works early in the a.m. I waited absolutely forever for my food. I simply ask how much longer it was going to be because I had other food in the car for my husband and my son. The African American lady snapped at me that they were working on it. That's horrible customer service and I will be contacting corporate because I should have received a refund for my order for having to wait. If you don't have enough people to work then maybe you should hire more or schedule more. Especially during busy times. Also, not to mention the photo, that is a bunch of tortilla strips stacked together and my fiance took it and bit into it and stated that if I had bitten it I would have broke a tooth. That's ridiculous and it's a shame that people can't even do their jobs that they get PAID to do.

Awful.Not only did I get the flu/food poisoning after eating there.They gave me someone else's order and gave my order to someone else and refused to fix it. They were acting extremely rude! I definitely think they are understaffed and deserve better but i also deserve decent food from there at the least. Ordered through the app. Have tried countless times to get a response from taco bell bur of course nothing.

Kiosk has lost my order so they could wait my food after 20 minutes. the staff was more than healing.
