Subway - Kingsport

Very happy with the food and staff. The new garlic cheese bread is not worth it.

The customer service here is excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff are wonderful.

This is definitely our favorite subway location! There's simply no comparison to other subways. Two specific male employees here consistently make our sandwiches better than anyone else. If I knew their names, I would gladly give them the recognition they deserve because they truly earn it. We hope they know how much we appreciate their hard work. Keep up the great work, guys!

I had my little Yorkie with me, as I always do, and instead of using a leash, I placed her in my purse. The employee told me that some customers were upset about the dog and insisted that I either take her to my car or leave. When I explained that I had all her paperwork to show she was registered, he didn't seem to care. He acted as if only certain disabilities, like blindness, mattered. I tried to continue to order my food as usual. The staff at the gas station next door were kind and understanding, so it's clear the issue was only with the subway staff. The subway employee was rude and clearly lacked respect for customers. I will definitely not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well.
