Waited over 20 minutes for 2 large mozzarella sticks and 2 pretzels.

The service at this restaurant is too slow to sustain its business. There doesn't seem to be enough staff to handle the workload.

The chicken tenders looked and tasted like they had been reheated. Service was fast and the person who came to car was very nice. I would have sent the tenders back but I was already in the road.

Staff consistently makes me wait over half an hour before even starting my food. Drive through usually doesn't have anyone running it, and you can sit for ten or fifteen minutes without being addressed. Pulling into a stall is very iffy. Sometimes they respond, sometimes they'll ignore you for twenty minutes after you've pressed the button.Was made to watch most cars both order AND receive their orders, had to call restaurant to get service.Happens every time. Id rather just not eat then arrive when all the staff collectively decide to go on break together and be made to wait my entire lunch break to be spoken to.
