Santa Fe Mexican Grill - Kingsport

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and our server was friendly and attentive. With so many options on the menu, I had a hard time deciding what to order. I ended up choosing the vegetarian combo with a mushroom quesadilla, bean burrito, and spinach enchilada, all made vegan by requesting no cheese or sour cream. The guacamole was also vegan, along with other menu items like chimichangas, fajitas, and rice dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for tasty vegan options.

Huge menu. Good selections for vegetarians. Employees are very friendly. Chips and salsa fresh. Food came out quickly and was hot, fresh and very good. Prices are very affordable.

Fell in love with this place ever since they first opened. Great Mexican food. Employees families sometimes eat here as well so it's very family friendly. Owner/manager is also one of a kind. Best in the business! ;

The restaurant is very spacious and clean. The chips and salsa were decent, not amazing. The chips seemed store-bought and not freshly made. The salsa was okay. I ordered the Pineapple Fajita, which was served in a pineapple half. The steak and vegetables were delicious and paired well with the pineapple chunks. The pineapple was very fresh and flavorful. The refried beans were bland, so I would recommend skipping them. The sweet tea was good. The staff was welcoming and courteous. My wife mentioned that the restrooms were clean. Overall, it was a pretty good experience and we will definitely return for more.

The menu at this restaurant is impressive on paper, but the food I ordered did not meet my expectations. I have visited twice and was not initially impressed, but went back with a family member who wanted to try it. I still was not satisfied with the experience. I plan to give it one more chance by ordering a specialty item, but that will be my final visit if it does not meet my expectations.
