I first have a hair in my pizza after I get it home, I called the store for 15-18 min and nobody answered the phone when you work 5-6 people. The hair wasn't from my nationality and the pane was just out of the box. There was a young boy who mentioned pizza was 5 hours old, and I said I hope and pray I won't get one of them. The same young boy played so loud music that was insulting with squeeze and slang words I asked who said she was a manger, she thinks it?s corresponding game, the kind of music with children then and a few other than customers in the store. She said I'd tell him to turn it off. Heck, when I mentioned it. Then where you cut the pizza, you have a young girl phone in hand texting something pizza comes out of she cuts pizza and hands dirty from her phone. For most part it is 85% ok but tonight too much stupid business hours. Not in search of free food $6 lost just need hair nets and gloves or something.
Absolutely the worst Little Caesars location I could ever imagine. It's a miracle that companies didn't end this catastrophe of a store. No hot N Ready. Waiting is terrible, just to get to the counter and be rude about all the items they have not informed. I'll try another location tomorrow, but I'll never walk in this facility too often disappointed. Pizza, Pizza is pitiful, Pitiful.
Every time I go, it's so busy and the workers can't stop. I waited for an hour for a pizza. This time they gave away my food to someone and then tried to say that I asked for a refund and I didn't. It took 40 minutes and they never ate my pizza. That's the third time I had to say something. You're not going to be okay at all, and everyone after me gets their food first. You have to hire more people.
I called to get out. Order ready when promised and everything right. Pizza was delicious. Great experience
I placed a $45.05 order on the Little Caesars app for delivery. When my assigned dasher arrived, the restaurant informed him that my order was handed to the wrong dasher. Another customer ended up receiving my order while their order stayed at the restaurant. I ended up with nothing and 3 hours on hold for support to get my money back because the restaurant refused to remake my food. They told my dasher they can?t remake something that already went out the door, even if it was handed to the wrong person. Don?t you check what you are handing to the DoorDash drivers, there are names on the boxes. I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back and no dinner for tonight.
