Italian Village Authentic Pizzeria

That was my favorite pizza place since I was a kid. 30 years later, the same place, the same smell, fantastic as always!

This restaurant used to be the best in the Tri-Cities, but now it's not even the best on the street. The staff all seem really unfriendly, almost angry that you're there. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived on time, they had no idea where my pizza was and even accused me of questioning my order. This place has gone from serving great food to being a complete disaster.

I prefer Italian Village to other pizza places in Kingsport. I was a bit surprised to find they don't offer wings! While I wouldn’t exactly categorize it as NY-style pizza (like you’d find in NYC), it's close enough that I’m definitely coming back!

Every time I call, they get my order wrong. Never call me again! Instead of correcting it, they only calculate me for their fault. I will not order from here again unless it is a personal visit. Food is great. People are great. Always super busy. You just have to find a way to make orders right. I always take big money off here.

I ordered a Sicilian pizza and requested that it be made like the steak special, which isn't on the menu. They even grilled the vegetables, going above and beyond. The pizza was absolutely delicious and ready in no time. They even wrapped it in aluminum foil for protection. This is definitely one of our favorite pizza places!
