Fatz - Kingsport

Truck Driver. Always in search of the 'decent meal '. We rarely get one. Fatz did not disappoint. The salad was fresh with homemade ranch dressing. Rolls, warm and soft. Baked potato was cooked to perfection. I had the sirloin and ribs. Both cooked perfectly. Ribs fall off the bone juicy. The only minus I would say was that the ribs were just a little too salty. Tall glass of fresh sweet tea washed the salt down well. Service was great too! I 'm fairly picky when it comes to reviewing. Don 't have much time for other things in this business, but Fatz definitely deserves the time. Thank you Fatz for catering to this picky truckers cravings!

Impromptu date night landed us here at Fatz. Mmm, mm , mmm the fried green tomatoes were delicious!! A great evening for sure! We will be back!

First time coming in, from ohio. Our waitress was fantastic, the food was amazing. Had to get a box because I couldn't eat it all. Can't wait to come back!

Friendly and professional staff. EXCELLENT food! Our niece got a complimentary dessert for her birthday. NICE ending to our meal.

Tesla was my server, very friendly, ready to answer my questions, went beyond and beyond. Manager was kind, ready to help. The tables were clean and well lit. Excellent for good food quality. Bread was delicious and appetizers were hot and fresh. Recommend this place for appointments or family dinners!!
