El Patron Mexican Grill - Kingsport

The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the service was fast!

My wife and I are new in this area and we have discovered a wonderful Mexican restaurant. I usually have to indulge in Mexican cuisine at least once a week. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious! We have visited about twelve times and have been ordering some tacos to go since October. We will definitely be returning!

The food and service were excellent! The Guerrero fajitas were absolutely delicious!

The food at this restaurant is consistently high quality with amazing flavors. The staff, especially the supervisor, always ensure that even newly trained employees are well supported and that any gaps in service are covered during busy times. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
