Buffalo Wild Wings - Kingsport

I found a roach. I told the manager, Jason (would not provide last name). He smashed it in front of me and didn?t use any cleaner. I finished my beer and advised the bartender that I wasn?t going to order food after finding a roach on the bar. I told the manager I shouldn?t have to pay for what I received prior to finding the roach, which was my beer that I already drank from. He advised that he couldn?t do anything about my drink but he could offer me free food. I advised I didn?t want food from a place that I just saw roaches at and he didn?t seem too concerned about a review for having roaches at his location. I understand beer can?t be free but when it cost me not being able to eat at the restaurant that I chose, that?s is a disgrace. The manager out of all people should know that cleaner should be used after smashing a roach on the bar where I am sitting. DISGUSTING!!!

A wonderful experience! Food was hot, atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean, the staff were super on top of things and very friendly! I can?t wait for my next visit!

Only went to make a to-go order. It was out to me so fast I knly go to watch 3 plays of football. I offered 30 bone in wings. I was mind blown at the fast service for Sunday 9pm. They were tasty too

We got there and the place was empty, maybe 7 tables were full. We ordered and after 1hour and 15 minutes still didn?t have our food while everyone else in our party was done eating. They were out of Miller light, bud light and mic ultra draft. Bud light and mic ultra bottles. The rest of our party got their food but never got their fries. I understand being short staffed but the place was a ghost town and they were out of just about every kind of beer. I?ll never go back.

The text to pay does not always work and even with hardly anyone in the restaurant the services was unforgivingly slow. Used a gift card to pay. Added my card info to pay for the remaining balance. Didn?t work. Tried it 4-5 times. The last time it appeared to have gone through. We left the restaurant an hour later. 2 minutes from home and we were called saying the payment didn?t go through. They wouldn?t accept a payment less than $10 over the phone so we had to drive back to the restaurant and pay. Very disappointed with service, how slow they were with hardly anyone dining in and the payment process.
