Excellent service always! Best roast beef sandwiches around

I went a few days ago and the food we amazing it’s probably the best arbys in kingsport

This Arby's is truly one of the best in the area! When we placed our order, I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. I pulled up to the window and apologized for needing to cancel the order. One of the employees instantly offered to pay for our meal! We gratefully accepted, and they even included an extra milkshake! I really admire how quickly she made that offer—I'm sure I barely finished explaining the situation before she jumped in. The staff at this location are simply fantastic! I'm consistently impressed by their kindness and the quality of the food. I would definitely go out of my way to visit this location over any other!

Love to eat at Arby's! Favorites are Reuben sandwich, potato cakes, Jamocha shake, Cherry turnover. Mmm Good! LOL

This Arby's location is truly fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I've never had any issues here. The one in Colonial Heights is definitely our number one choice for Arby's. Keep up the great work, everyone!
