Best steak sandwich best sandwich on the whole 81 strip cannot beat it great soups

Food is nothing special, but the vibe of the staff is very good

We stopped here for lunch as we entered the restaurant the waitress was showing pictures to another couple. We sat ourselves and waited and waited as she still showed them pictures. Finally she came over no welcome or smile and threw the filthy menus on the table. I had soup that was barely warm and tasted like dish water, my wife had a chili dog also barely warm. For my main course I had a cheese burger that was overcooked and also just warm the french fries were also just warm. There were only two tables full I can't understand how all the food could not be hot. When we asked for the bill it was like we were bothering her.

We stopped in around 7 am while traveling and had a great breakfast. These are the places we try to eat at when out of town. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the meal Was.

I would like to add our great lunch experience. My husband and I stopped at Lenox to grab a bite. We had the cheeseburger and fries platter. It was just awesome and fun.The people that work there are the nicest ever!! They were all talking to us, we felt so welcome there. The waitress was the most happy and pleasant person, like SHE REALLY ENJOYED her job. We are definitely going back for the enjoyable time and great food. Plus, it's close to home.
