Surcheros Fresh Mex - Kingsland

First time going and the staff was good. The food was lacking quality. The ground beef, chicken, rice and beans were cold for everyone in our party. The burrito was put on the grill so briefly it didn't counteract the cold meat. The cost was high for what was offered, IMO.

Reminds me of Moe's with less color. The food taste good. They give you a good amount of food too. The staff is kinda friendly. They seem like they are always in a hurry to finish making your meal. I hope they slow down a bit with walk-in customers. Online orders can be rushed all day because they have everything written down but walk-ins need time to choose what they want.

C'mon you can do better. The portions are getting ridiculously small. Just an FYI..I can almost guarantee your company will not go under giving better portions on the cheap cost of rice and beans. You were doing so well when you 1st opened, the portions have literally been cut in half.

Updating my review. Sucheros remade our order and it was fantastic! Everything was perfect. We had tacos, nachos, and a loaded bowl. The owner and manager were both very nice. We appreciate that they offered to make it right. We?ll be back! New photos provided.

When this place first opened it was great and the food was exactly what was expected. Unfortunately now the quality has gone down hill. The ingredients are still the same but the portions are way off, that is of they even put in what you are charged for. Expect the burritos to be 70% rice with hardly any beans and veggies and if you pay extra to add cheese dip in something like a bowl, they do not put it in online orders.
