Chi-ago's Phat Smoke - Kingsland

Very disappointed there was no smoke rings no bark no flavor not tender I don't even want to call it brisket I'm use to real BBQ and why was the slaw brown?

I caught Phat at the Kingsland Welcome Center in Jan 2022. The best BBQ I've had in years. The flavor and texture of the pork was perfect. Juicy, tender with just the right amount of smoky accent. No need for extra sauce. I can't wait for my next trip to GA.

The BBQ is outstanding! I had a sandwich at the Wellnesspalooza last week. James and Christina are amazing people, they gave their time to cook for a Rotary fundraiser dinner last year and it was a huge success! They're a valuable asset to Camden County.

Had them for a wedding recently. Chicken was undone Half the chicken was raw with blood. Reach out to them very poor customer service. Sent pictures and all . The whole wedding party was disappointed in the food especially the chicken ?
