The Kingscliff Beach Hotel

Personal very disorganized. the employees seemed uninterested in their jobs. they really gave a toss regarding customer service. eating was typical pub-grub.

Great location, beautiful sea breeze and great eating. to choose a lot in the menu

We had a great table, on request with comfortable seats, as we had older family in participation. the personal was welcoming and friendly and offered a compliment drink for the 80-year-old birthday child. one of the employees also jumped in to make a group photo that we really appreciated. we'll be back, the boarders are all open!

Eating was beautiful and fresh, very accentuated with slight changes in products. the ambiente was very suitable for the opposite. although it was packed after we arrived (glad i booked) they treated it with professionalism. would definitely return.

Food and ambience was great but it took over 1 1/2 hours for our food to arrive. We would go back if this improved but it was hard with kids that were starving
