Pelican's Snoballs - Kings Mountain

I had a terrible experience during lunch today. My family decided to go to Pelicans because it was empty and we thought we could enjoy our meal there. However, I soon noticed that the tables were reserved for customers only, so I suggested to my family that we could get snowballs for dessert instead. While we were praying, someone from the store came out and informed us that the tables were exclusively for customers. After finishing our meal, I waited at the order window to discuss it further. I tried to explain that we planned to be customers after we ate and emphasized that making broad assumptions is not ideal. Unfortunately, she refused to hear my concerns and simply handed me a card before closing the window on me.

My first experience was wonderful. The cashier was exceptional—respectful, speedy, and very helpful. She really helped create the atmosphere I wanted for my day out with my daughter. And don't miss out on trying the Unicorn!

Best itallian ice. Love going tried pina colada today and it was delicious.

Its ok I guess. Very sweet which is the point I guess but I am not into sweets. My kids love it
