Carousel Cafe

Everyone should go here just for the milkshakes. We even had an extra milkshake instead of dessert because they are soooo good. Rayna May was a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable waitress. The place was really clean and comfortable. The food was very reasonably priced. My salad was amazing, my friend really enjoyed her burger and did I mention the milkshakes

We ere never dissapointed when we come here, brought my dad down to visit and he cannot get enough of carousel to! Hands down the only cafe we will go, really good portions, waitresses work really hard, manager takes the time to come out and talk to people, thank you so much! Compliments to the chefs also

Very friendly staff. Food was good and cheap they do a massive all you want breakfast 10.99 as many items as you want.

The Carousel was always a dependable spot to get a meal or a coffee with friends. I was impressed with the change in layout to hot plate service. I went with my mother for coffee but ended up having a late breakfast because it looked so good.Service was excellent and friendly.I was delighted and the bill was a pleasant surprised.I can thoroughly recommend if you’re looking for a good meal at a good price and with great service.

Disappointing first visit since last year. Always used to come here when I visit my mum as we love the breakfasts, was always one of our fav places. Unfortunately we ate here this morning and it’s changed not for the good. Gone from table service to buffet style where you go up to the counter. Long wait times between each table being told to go up to get their food with some people trying to get the attention of staff as been waiting for so long or no one there to serve. The bacon was so cold and hard, must have been cooked about 2 hours previous so couldn’t eat it. Same with the eggs. If you are going to do a department store style buffet counter, then you need to be putting out hot fresh breakfast items regularly and eggs surely should be cooked to order. This just simply doesn’t work and unfortunately as lots of us family members who used to frequent this cafe, we will find an alternate place for breakfast. Shame really..
