Chicken was delicous. Just right amount and very tender. Service was prompt and very pleasant and helpful. Covid restrictions well carried out. I felt comfortable.

Service was great. I was disappointed they no longer serve roast beef. However, I enjoyed their fish and chips.

Our meal was delicious!! Everything was perfect and our waitress Michelle was very attentive and sweet!! Will definately go back!

Fries were cold and spongy. Chicken was cold. If you are anywhere near the door there is a cold draft in the winter. Waitress never checked in at any point during the meal. Asked for bill and had to wait like 8 minutes and the restaurant was not busy. Bathrooms were disgusting urinals haven't been cleaned in over a year with big calcium deposits. Paper towel bin overflowing with no dispenser on wall just a roll in the gross counter covered with soap. I do not recommend New Minas Swiss challet. It use to be better.

Service staff were doing their best to keep folks happy but they seemed to struggle. Half the dining area was closed in darkness while a line up grew at the door ... many people turned and left. There was no white chicken meat or baked potato. Not the festive place it used to be back in the day. Fresh management might be needed to attract more staff, boost morale and make sure there's enough food around to feed visitors.
