Wendy's - Kingman

As always, the experience was fantastic! However, I found the new drinks to be excessively sweet. If they reduced the sweetness by about 75%, they would likely taste much better. Still, I’m giving it a five-star rating!

We stopped here on our way back from a trip for gas lunch. Staff wasn't very knowledgeable or friendly. Got a fruit cup as a side instead of fries, and it was this big cup with like 1 strawberry cut into tiny pieces. I was not happy to have spent thatmuch on the food, and that's what I got. If we ever pass thru there again, will def hit a different gas station and food place??????

AVOID THE SALADS AT THIS PLACE! Just keep driving until you reach downtown Kingman... this restaurant clearly doesn’t care about quality. I stopped in with my girlfriend, who ordered a salad, and about 30% of the lettuce was inedible – you know, that brown, slimy stuff. When I took it back to the counter, all they did was apologize. They didn’t offer a refund or any other solution... absolutely nothing!

We usually enjoy dining at Wendy's because they offer great value for kids with their 4 for $4 deal. However, our recent experience was quite disappointing due to poor management. I visited the restaurant tonight, and it was so dark that I didn't see the sign saying they were out of lettuce. They also failed to inform me when I placed my order, which I would have reconsidered had I known. When I called to express my concerns, I learned that they had been out of lettuce for a week. It’s really frustrating that they haven't figured out how to source such a basic ingredient. There are at least four nearby stores where they could have bought lettuce. Overall, it was a negative experience, made worse by the rudeness of the person I spoke with on the phone.

One of these days I'll learn to check my order before I drive away. Food was excellent and hot just wasn't our order but it was a definite upgrade. Thank you Wendy's..
