Sonic Drive-in - Kingman

The food is tasty, but there are several issues that need to be addressed. Every time I go through the drive-thru, it takes 10 to 15 minutes, even when I'm the only one in line. Additionally, I always order the same Sonic breakfast burrito, yet it’s made differently each time. Sometimes I get tomatoes and jalapeños, other times just tomatoes, and today there were no vegetables at all. I really wish they would get it sorted out since this is the only Sonic in the area.

Don't go here if you're looking for fast food; everything moves at a snail's pace. I pulled into a stall to place an order for two blasts. When I pressed the button to order, I was greeted with, "I'll be with you in a minute." After waiting ten minutes, I pressed the button again, and it took a couple more minutes before someone finally came to take my order. The staff member was rude and seemed to have better things to do than their job.

The drive-thru was the only option available, and since we had already paid through the app, we had to wait. This was probably the longest wait I've ever experienced at a drive-thru. Five cars took nearly half an hour to get through, and when we finally reached the window, they didn’t even know what we had ordered. Good times.

Tons of employees, we were made to go through the drive through. The employees were sitting outside enjoying themselves, that's all that I could guess. Once I received the order, no salt, no ketchup and only one napkin. I'm beginning to think that nationwide regardless of how much is ordered and how messy it is, no more than one napkin per vehicle.

As soon as I walked up to the patio screen, the man inside stepped out to let me know that the machines were out of order, so it was CASH ONLY. He was very professional and did it in a way that made it OK and not irritating. He was pleasant when hebrought me my food, and I credit him with making it a good experience.
