We stopped here to spend a night through Harvest Host. So glad we did! It was St. Patrick's Day and Billards Tournament Night. We had so much fun with the staff, the guests, and the locals. We enjoyed chicken strips, fish chips, and cold beer. Dog friendly. They have a nice back patio too. New owners are spiffing the place up. Great fun! Don't miss it. If you prefer it a bit calmer stop by for lunch.
This place on Route 66 is a little strange, but interesting. It is also about 20 miles from Kingman, AZ. NOT in town like the literature implies. The reviews I read and pictures posted must be from a long time ago, because our March 27, 2022 experience was a LOT different. The menu is actually extremely limited, unlike pictures of the large menu posted in some reviews. Also, if you want a beer and a burger, you must pay for each separately, and with CASH, no credit cards, once at the bar for the beer, and once at your table for the food. Must be two separate businesses? Almost all the beer spigots had OUT sticky notes on them, and we were there on a Friday ! Staff is friendly enough, but we definitely felt a weird vibe , a bit out of place, because we weren 't one of the locals .
A must visit while you are traveling thru Kingman. Atmosphere is unique for old route 66, food is simple but great, service as well, great ambience and friendly people !
An amazing stop for a cold beer. We were driving by coming home from rafting through the Grand Canyon and got the itch for a drink and we had and amazing time with Joanne. Great conversation and service!
