Contribuiți la feedbackI was very disappointed. We ordered 3 bonus jack combos. We wanted 2 chocolate shakes and one vanilla. Regular fries. They were out of regular fries so we had to get curly. Was only able to get 2 shakes. They were out of cheese. We got no sauce onour burgers. They were basically double cheeseburgers!! Very disappointed. This Jack in the box needs to be closed down! Notto mention, you have to have a full tank of gas when you go through the drive thru. Takes forever!
I found the grilled chicken sandwich to be excessively spicy, making it inedible for me. When I inquired about the spice level, the cook confessed to another staff member that he had used sriracha sauce instead of the usual good sauce because they had run out. That was a poor decision on their part. Thankfully, I was able to return the sandwich and get one without any sauce.
The staff and manager were coughing in the back without covering their mouths. Water was overflowing from the coffee/tea machine, and the customer service was lackluster. There was an extra charge for cheese, even though my meal was labeled as a cheeseburger. The restaurant received a satisfactory rating in its last health inspection. I was unaware of the poor quality at this Jack in the Box until I decided to dine in. I usually go through the drive-thru, which is often slow, but now I understand why. Being short-staffed is no excuse for a dirty environment or subpar customer service.
Ordered the spicy chicken meal. Guy at the window looked like he hated the world. A robot would have been more pleasant. My sandwich has a spot of mayo, smaller than a dime, and a piece of lettuce the size of a matchbox. I took it back in and a verynice black man fixed my food, thank goodness for him other than that the food was great, you just need to spend time teachingyour help to serve food that looks as good as it taste.
Absolutely terrible! I was instructed to drive around to the front of the store while my tacos were being prepared. When they finally brought my order out, the tacos were stale, cold, greasy, chewy, and completely lacking cheese. To make matters worse, they placed the cheesecake in the same bag as the utensils. I asked the employee, "What is this?" but he just shrugged and hurried out the front door as if he were busy. There was only one car behind me in the drive-thru and one other car in the entire parking lot. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed! The management is extremely poor! Please don’t bother replying to this review asking me to visit another website for an investigation, as it clearly doesn’t make a difference—just more empty promises.
