On the other hand, the management team needs to be addressed. It was frustrating to see them laughing and conversing while smoke was entering the lobby and alarms were going off. This happened around 3:20 PM on December 8, 2023. My food was excellent—thank you, Payton and Matthew! They both deserve some form of recognition or a raise for their hard work. I would rate the management zero stars, but I give 5 stars to Payton and Matthew for their excellent service!

I can only afford the specials these days. Prices have really gone up, and the portions, especially the meat, have gotten smaller.

The people who work here are the best, great personalities. I really like Shawn, always a smile and a laugh.

We both ordered the cheeseburger combo, and it did not disappoint. The burgers were served hot, and the lettuce was nice and crisp, providing fantastic flavor! The fries were delicious, with a perfect crispy exterior. The soft drinks were also refreshing and bubbly, not flat at all. Overall, it was an excellent meal!

We frequently visit this location in the evenings. The staff taking orders are courteous, and the restaurant is clean; however, they always seem to forget something we've ordered. The lobby music is turned off, and for the past few months, we’ve been subjected to whatever music the cooks are playing or the loud drama they create throughout the restaurant. There's an abundance of inappropriate language, and it's clear that they take little pride in their work. I would prefer to pay more or wait in line at another restaurant rather than listen to the staff speak like a group of unrefined individuals looking for trouble.
