McDonalds Family Restaurant - Kingaroy

What can really be said. Everyone knows what to expect. But within the spectrum of Maccas, it is clean, cheery and fresh. Popular with locals and i keep going.

We have dined in many McDonalds in our travels throughout Australia. This is one of the worst I have encountered for service. Girl on the McCafe was so slow and coffee not up to their barista claim standard. In contrast we recently visited the Murwillumbah McDonalds and I would rate the service there as excellent and very good coffee.

Every McDonalds is much the same. We arrived at peak time on a Saturday night. Ordered quickly and food was fresh and hot and came in a very reasonable time. Despite being very busy the dining area was clean. Only complaint was the car park where to get out you get stuck behind drive thru cars - would definately park on street if we went again.

Dining room it usually very dirty, so is the floor. Toilets are tiny, dirty and in bad condition. Service is poor with staff not knowing the menu and items advertised on the menu which they don't even have. Mc Cafe display case was empty with a note saying it is broken, but you can still buy stuff, they just keep it in the fridge. Go to a nearby downtown cafe instead for a better experience.

Hands down worst McDonalds in Queensland. Yes even worse than McDonalds at Goodna and thats saying something. The girl on the register was absolutely hopeless. After 3 attempts to get what we had ordered by going back to the counter we ended up giving up and just having what we were given. Dont waste your time visiting this McDonalds unless you want to write a book on how not to run a McDonalds restaurant. If it wasnt so sad that the staff are hopeless it would be laughable.
