Mcdonald's - King Street, Midland

Both sides of the drive thru were open, but employees only were taking orders from one. Was at the one there were not taking orders for 10 minutes, and couldn't back up because of vehicles behind me.Finally when I was able to move over to the other side to order. I placed my order and pulled up to the window to pay. Told the employee at the window what was going on and no one inside knew who was working that order box.

They manage to screw up every skip the dishes order we get. Not sure what’s so difficult about reading a ticket.

I rate this specific location the highest because it's worlds apart from other locations the friendly staff and quality service is simply amazing I've often mentioned that in other Toronto restaurants they could learn a thing or two from these individuals thanks for the great service ?

Quick service, orders correct. Better than other McDonalds
