Vitality Bowls Castle Rock

I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars solely because the food was tasty. I placed my order at 12:02, but by 12:30, I still hadn't received it. When I inquired about my order at 12:28, I was told it would take another 7-10 minutes, even though there were only four people ahead of me when I ordered. I noticed several customers coming in and leaving with their food. When my order finally arrived, it was packed to go, despite my request for it to be served for here, especially considering the temperature was over 90°F outside. When I opened the bag, there was liquid all over the outside of the container. I ended up leaving with my order at 12:35. For the record, my order was straightforward—just two standard items from the menu (a medium Vitality bowl and a dragon smoothie). I give 5 stars for taste and 1 star for service, resulting in a rating of 3 stars overall. I’m unsure if I would return, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it if you only have a 30-minute lunch break.

I have been a regular customer since they first opened, and they never fail to impress. The food is delicious and healthy, and the staff is outstanding. They are kind, friendly, and efficient.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The acai bowls are a fantastic value compared to other places and are really satisfying. The owner is wonderful, making this my go-to spot whenever I want something delicious and healthy!

February 2022: This place offers an excellent selection of healthy bowls, wraps, and smoothies. I really enjoyed the Acai Elixir smoothie with strawberries and bananas—it was delicious! The prices are reasonable, around $9, but I did have to wait 25 minutes despite there only being three other customers. It turned out that my order wasn't printed for the person preparing the drinks in the back. However, they did give me a refund along with my drink. If it weren't for that mix-up, I would have rated it 5 stars.

For $12, this Vitality bowl should be filled to the brim! I waited a long time for it, and when I asked for help, the owner said that the portion size was normal. This will be my last visit!
