The Cheesecake Factory

Overall, our experience was good. The food was good but the service could have been slightly better. The waitress forgot to bring some food for my mother-in-law and a drink for my step-daughter. The waitress was very kind and she often came to clear out the table a few times. The salmon, my mother-in-law, loves. The burger was ok. The bang-bang chicken and shrimp dish was good, but I would have preferred it with only shrimp. The chicken wasn't that great. My husband enjoyed his Chipotle pasta.

THE FOOD WASSS AMAZING THE RESTAURANT IS SOOO PRETTY I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND (chef the price was not bad at all it was 4 of us for only $160

I want with my friend and It was so fun.. ambiance was so good. Food is also very very delicious. Staff is also very friendly and very helping. Actually we got a cake from outside and I just requested to one of the staff member and he helped me very nicely and he got cake and candle at my table. And my friend was so happy and she got surprised. Thank for making our dinner night awesome.

Our server was great! Drinks were great! Appetizers were great! Main course, YUCK. My husband ordered a medium steak. As you can see by the photo, it is medium at all.

Yummy food per usual at any Cheesecake Factory. Our waiter (forgive me, I forget his name) was very friendly and accommodating, as we were in a bit of a rush due to an awaiting flight at the Philadelphia airport. Our food came out in an average timely manner and it was very delicious. Of course Cheesecake Factory is a bit more expensive but I’d say it’s worth it. Stop by if you’re at KOP!
