Sweetgreen - King of Prussia

This was the first time ever ordering from here and it was amazing! Did not disappoint what so ever. Get the guacamole greens!!

Quite poor value. For over $14, the amount of chicken I got is a joke. The bowl didn’t taste bad—the flavor is pretty decent, but I got barely half of the chicken that Chipotle bowl contains.I like the decor and idea of Sweetgreen, but I just don’t feel I got my money’s worth. I could get a better, more fulfilling bowl at Chipotle, Mezeh, or California Tortillas.

Sweetgreen is great this location is really hit or miss though. Their product is good. They have amazing salads. But this location is often out of ingredients and last week their online ordering was just randomly turned off. The worst part is they have 0% customer service as a corporation. I tried contacting them online and on social to see if they were even open that day and you cannot get a human.

I love sweetgreen but this location needs some work. Chicken was undercooked (which is was not the other day). The place doesn't have cups for water despite having an ice and water dispenser in their eating area. I get the whole minimal waste thing but im sure there are eco friendly options to water cups.

I've loved other sweetgreen locations in the past, but this one was so-so. The girls working there were miserable (even though it was slow and we were the only other customers besides one other person). They didn't greet us and were super condescending; if you asked them a question or took just a little too long looking at the options, they acted like we were wasting their time. After we checked out, we saw that there was a Mezeh and wished we had taken our business there instead.
