Sandwich was fine. Staff wasn?t very friendly. The man working kept climbing on the counter and standing straight up on it and then climbing down and walking away. He wasn?t friendly and wouldn?t look at you when he asked a question and then gave you an attitude when you wouldn?t answer because you didn?t know he was talking to you. I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway on March 31, 2022. The girl working there was extremely rude. I ordered a salad, but I had to ask her multiple times to clarify what she was saying. My hearing is perfectly fine; it's clear she needs to improve her communication skills when interacting with customers. I definitely won't be returning to this location.
This restaurant is located in the food court of the King of Prussia Mall. Unfortunately, the customer service here was disappointing today compared to other spots in the food court. The staff were unfriendly and appeared irritated by basic questions, even though there was no line.
We are reaching out to corporate, and we suggest you do the same. The girl handling the breads and meats was talking to herself, but it wasn't loud enough for the bustling mall food court. The second girl in charge of the vegetables was simply awful. My wife and I have worked at Subway for years, and while I usually dislike bringing that up, it truly is one of the easiest jobs out there. Our locations maintained high standards and underwent regular audits. I’m not sure when the trend of assembling sandwiches in the bread's fold began, but that’s not the traditional Subway way. Our sandwich was left open and unsealed before being cut, and they wrapped it without closing it, resulting in sauces and toppings spilling out onto the paper instead of staying within the sandwich. It seems the owner is defending their employees’ actions, which is commendable, but unfortunately, they need to take a closer look at the situation. My complaint is not unique on Google, and it’s hard to imagine this business would thrive if it weren’t located in a mall.
