Mcdonald's - King of Prussia

I got really stressful experience there. I ordered via Kiosk and the receipt wasn 't printed. That is okay but my order never proceeded so I asked a stuff who has red hair, young girl, and she said they lost my order. And suddenly she god mad at me, she said we are having too many orders and I can 't see your order number! ... so what? I didn 't do anything incorrect. and finally she never refund, never processed my order. and other staffs are just laughed. I really can 't understand their attitude. McDonald 's must educate them well. Ridiculous.

Took almost an hour even though they only took mobile orders when I was there before midnight. A line of cars sat there. I finally get to the window and watch this guy stare into space and pick his nose right in front of me. Idk what else to say. Terrible service all around.

I was in this mcdonalds, placed an order, and 25 minutes later we still had yet to receive all of their food. we only just got our first meal 15 minutes after patiently waiting. after waiting another 5 minutes, we mentioned something about missing one of our meals and they finally made our last meal. once we had finally received all of our food, the other meals we had already received were cold. the waiting caused us to late to a concert that we were trying to get to on time.

Quick service. Got a quarter pounder here in late 2021 that was 85% raw, but I come here often, so I'm going to say that was an anomaly. The crew here does a pretty decent job!

Every now and then you come across people in the fast food industry that are leaps and bounds better than most and today 12/9 around 5:50 I had the pleasure of dealing with Jahod (I apologize for the spelling if incorrect) And he’s definitely one of those kinds of people. Keep up the good attitude and attentiveness and I assure you that you’ll go far in life young man. I’m not a person that leaves reviews but felt the need after this trip. I hope someone in management acknowledges this young man
