Haeagen-dazs - King of Prussia

Pandemic is over why does the cashier ask for a tip !!! I am done won't be back ! Next time just leave the cup there if I decide to leave a tip I will don't beg for one!!!! Fast forward I went to a location in willow grove 3/26/23 payed cash as well they didn't mention a tip!!! Very sad that this king Prussia location staff ask for tips!!

After a long day of shopping and walking in the mall, Ha’agan Da’az really just hits the spot! I had the ice cream sundae and even by the look of the photo it was to die for. I will most definitely order it again! The flavors and fruits were perfect and the staff is always very kind.

The worst experience I had at this shop. The lady at the front counter treat customers really bad. To begin with she was on her phone all the time while serving and wanted us decide our orders in a jiffy and got annoyed when we added to the order. After that she had the audacity to say that she doesn't want to serve us anymore. Hopefully this gets reviewed by the management.

I really love Haagen Dazs but I tried buying a smoothie just a minute ago (01/28-2023) and the girl that was serving there started screaming at me and she was on her cell phone the entire time. With food in her mouth she started cursing me, apparently I had disturbed her lunch. Her name is Lisa. And Lisa if you have personal problems, please don’t bring them to work!

Absolutely a wonderful man working there, we came on Sunday Jan 15th, my daughter ordered the banana split! , And the male employee was Awesome! If he isn’t already he would be an awesome manager!
