Contribuiți la feedbackI feel sorry for people who live around here and this is their Chick-fil-A experience, as it is clearly sup-par to every other Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to. The food was decent enough, but everything else was lacking. The parking lot was adisordered mess, with the drive-thru line backing though the parking lot, making parking quite difficult. The dining area wasnot clean and there was nobody coming around to clean or check on customers. I ordered online as I always do at Chick-fil-A andentered the table number when we went in and sat down. After ten minutes the app status still showed that the food wasn't madeyet. After fifteen minutes my wife went to the counter and asked, and our food was sitting up there, but none of the drinks. Maybe they just finished making it? Why wasn't it brought to the table like every other Chick-fil-A does when I order onlineand select the table number? We waited for the drinks and brought the food to our table. The food was good, but nobody camearound to check, and although I could have used a drink refill, I didn't want to experience the un-joyful workers at the counteragain. It was a disappointing Chick-fil-A experience.
By far the best chicken nuggets. I would love to say I only go there for my kids, but the reality is I love the nuggets just as much as they do. The efficiency of the drive thru has been great at all of their locations even with the increased traffic. I?mlooking forward to more locations opening up near us.
Love the convenience of this location but it?s not quick. The staff just seems to be inefficient ?there must be an easier/quicker way to get to go orders out in a timely manner. Any orders made on the app should be started when placed?not whenyou arrive for it. I?m sure they do this for quality control but it makes the customer wait forever! It?s painful!
I ordered and paid for the food online. They don't start making the food until you arrive. Not sure what the point of that is especially since I already paid. The whole point of ordering online and ahead of time is the food would be available when youget there. Also, while there waiting for my food, customers who walked up to the counter got their food before me. Othercompanies allow you to order and pay ahead of time so the food is ready when you arrive not sure why this is a problem here.
Waited for a long time for curbside pickup. I ordered Deluxe spicy chicken with American cheese. Food was so old, I thought the lettuce is actually grape leaves because it was so old. The cheese melted on the chicken a week ago and became like a piece ofplastic. The bread is harder than cardboard. Order is completely messed up. I would not recommend that branch in KOP to anyone
