Pizza Hut - King City

I placed an order on the 19th. The food was decent but arrived a bit cold. The main issue, however, was that they did not deliver the drinks I ordered. I called customer service, thinking it might be due to the current staffing shortages, and while not having soda wasn’t a huge deal, I never received any response. After waiting four days, I submitted an online support request, as their receipt states that any issues need to be raised within five days, but I still haven’t heard back. So now I’m out about $10 for the drinks I never received, and I won't be ordering from them again. I recommend getting your pizza from elsewhere unless you want to risk losing your money with nothing to show for it. In my experience, Domino's offers much better service in this area.

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, and olives on my pizza. But I got onions and gotten no pepperoni on it. I did not want onions at all. U guys do not know how to do your job. They scam u out of your money because they will notgive you what u ask for at all.

It was kind of late but we still ordered pizza, it said within 1 hour by the time it was 1 am three hours and not a single pizza, never got our pizza and not even our money :

I absolutely love the new melts, especially the parmesan chicken one. The meat lovers option is great too. The prices are reasonable, the food is served hot, and it gets delivered quickly. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I absolutely love Pizza Hut! This location stands out as the best. The food was fresh, nicely hot, and the pepperoni had a delightful crunch! The customer service was fantastic when I called to add marinara sauce since I couldn't find it online. Some places can make that a bit tricky, but not here! Great job, everyone! Plus, my order arrived in under 40 minutes, just as they promised!
